Each day has a “Main Conference Room” that runs all day, and is open for anyone to pop in to view.  The Main Conference Room is where the Plenary sessions are held (especially for Day 1 and Day 3), and where participants “check in” each day for possible updates before going to their individual daily sessions.  The Main Conference Room will always have a representative in attendance,  and is where participants can return at any time to have questions answered, to be directed to sessions, or for any other type of assistance.  Please note:  the Main Conference Room representative will always check participants names against the daily list of registered conference attendees.
